Voxela’s rendition of Public Washroom at the HONG KONG PUBLIC TOILET DESIGN COMPETITION, in collaboration with Fosa Pvt Lmt.
The main objective of our design was to revolutionize public toilets by incorporating the latest technology and architecture to impart a sense of respect and decency to the general public in regard to using public toilet services.
CHAPEL
Inspired by the fascinating and out-of-the-world works of Kengo Kuma, a stalwart of the architecture realm, Voxela in association with Fosa pvt lmt designed Sai Yuen, a resort in Taiwan.
Our motive was to implement a structure that might seem simple from afar but as you come closer you will be able to notice the intricate details. This nature of design originates from the old system of Cidori, a usually simple method of assembling wood sticks together without any nails, adhesive or metal fittings.
